Cumhur Kantarci is a London-based businessman and entrepreneur, leading CMT Construction and Cloudmate. Driven by a passion for basketball and community, he founded the London Sharks with a vision that goes beyond sport — combining opportunity, responsibility, and ambition.
Through the club, Cumhur is committed to social responsibility projects that use basketball as a platform to inspire and support young people. His ultimate dream is to build a programme capable of competing at the highest level in Europe, while making a lasting impact both on and off the court.
Emir Imen brings a wealth of experience and passion to Dulwich Sharks, with a background rooted in elite-level basketball. He developed through the academy of Darüşşafaka Basketball Club—one of Turkey’s most successful youth programmes—and proudly represented the Youth Turkish National Team in 2005.
He played professionally in TBL 2 from 2008 to 2010, but a series of injuries cut his playing career short. In 2015, Emir moved to London, completed a Business Management degree, and began his transition into coaching.
Now fully focused on player development, Emir has mentored hundreds of young athletes. At Dulwich Sharks, he leads with a clear vision: combining high-level coaching with a supportive and growth-minded environment that helps every athlete thrive—on and off the court.
Coach Lito is an accomplished international basketball coach with a background in Sports Psychology, Sports Training, and an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership. A FIBA Licensed Coach and Instructor, he also holds England Basketball and Canadian coaching qualifications.
His career spans Africa, USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia, with experience coaching at World Cups, AfroBasket tournaments, and Olympic Qualifiers. He has worked with national teams in Namibia, Senegal, and Rwanda, winning medals at youth level and making history with Senegal at the 2018 Women’s World Cup.
In the UK, Coach Lito has coached with Hackney Space, London Spartans, and NASSA, achieving success across multiple levels. His global experience and proven track record bring leadership and ambition to the London Sharks NBL D2 programme.
